Build your skills. Grow your confidence. Dance with purpose.
What Are Group Sessions?
Group sessions are the perfect option for dancers who want more structure, consistency, and growth than drop‑in classes alone can offer. With a set curriculum, dedicated instructors, and a supportive group environment, these sessions help you improve your technique, musicality, and confidence in a shorter period of time.
Whether you’re looking to train seriously, perform, or simply enjoy dancing with a committed group, we have a session designed for you.
Why Join a Group Session?
Group sessions offer benefits that go far beyond a regular class:
• Faster improvement through consistent weekly training
• Clear progression with a structured curriculum
• Stronger technique in footwork, body movement, timing, and partnerwork
• Accountability that keeps you motivated and committed
• A supportive community of dancers growing together
• Opportunities to challenge yourself in a safe, encouraging environment
If you’re ready to take your dancing to the next level, group sessions are the most effective way to do it.

FAQs
Do I have to perform for a performance session?
No, performing is not mandatory for performance sessions. However, the final classes of the session are dedicated to formations and performance preparation. If you choose not to perform, you won’t be able to participate in those formation classes, which means you may not receive the full value of the program. Recreational sessions do not have any performances.
What level do I need to be to join a group session?
Each session is designed with a specific level in mind. We offer beginner, intermediate, and advanced options, and we’re happy to help you choose the best fit based on your experience.
What’s the difference between a group session and a drop‑in class?
Group sessions follow a structured curriculum that builds week by week, helping you progress faster. Drop‑ins are great for flexibility, but sessions offer more consistency, accountability, and personalized feedback.
What if I miss a class?
Missed classes are non‑refundable. If you’re unable to attend, we encourage you to catch up by reviewing the practice videos shared in the group chat or by booking a private lesson with your instructor to stay on track with the group’s progress.
What should I wear?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and clean indoor shoes. If you’re joining a performance session, we encourage you to wear proper Latin dance shoes—either from the start or later in the session—so you can get used to dancing your routine in the footwear you’ll be performing in.
