Our Latin Kids Program introduces young dancers to the vibrant world of Salsa and Bachata through fun, structured, and age‑appropriate classes designed to build confidence, coordination, and a lifelong love of movement.

Come meet our instructors, explore the studio, and get a feel for our Latin Kids Program before registering. This is a great opportunity for your child to try a mini‑class and for parents to ask questions.

Schedule:

6:00pm — Ages 3–8
7:00pm — Ages 9–12
8:00pm — Ages 13+

Attendance is optional but highly encouraged — we’d love to meet you!

Our Kids & Teens Programs

Mini Stars (Ages 3–5)

45‑minute class
A playful introduction to movement and music. Mini Stars learn simple Salsa and Bachata steps through games, props, and imaginative activities.
Focus Areas:
Basic taps, side steps, arm positions
Rhythm play & storytelling
Coordination & confidence building
A light choreographed routine each term
Latin Stars (Ages 6–8)

1‑hour class
A fun and energetic class that builds foundational Latin dance skills while encouraging creativity and teamwork.
Focus Areas:
Salsa Basic, Right Turn, Bachata Side Step
Timing, transitions & musicality
Cultural appreciation through rhythms & instruments
A choreographed routine with formations
Superstars (Ages 9–12)

1‑hour class
Designed for growing dancers ready to refine technique and explore expressive movement.
Focus Areas:
Cross Body Lead, Inside Turns, Bachata Box
Syncopation, partnerwork & stage readiness
Intro to styling & musical interpretation
A dynamic showcase routine
La Estrella Teens (Ages 13+)

1‑hour class
A program that blends technique, artistry, and performance training for teens who want to grow as dancers.
Focus Areas:
Shines, double turns, syncopation
Advanced transitions & expressive styling
Leadership opportunities (assistant roles)
High‑impact choreography each term
Solo & Duo Opportunities

For dancers who want to take their training further, we offer optional solo and duo performance opportunities in Salsa and Bachata.
These experiences help dancers:
Build confidence
Develop artistry
Strengthen technique
Shine on stage in a personalized routine
